Hey guys n gals new guy here ive got a smoky surf its had new injectors a fresh pump and still a smokin ive been told it could be the EFI settings and i need to get the falt codes hey i cant even find the plug to find the codes the simptoms are takes a while to start smokes and diesel knocks once started with revs but tickover is fine no smoke or knock any idears my next move is to fit a mechanicle injector pump thanks Barry

 

its a diesel? have you tried playing with your air to fuel mixture? i know even the slightest miscalculation and they smoke like crazy, but thats about all i could tell ya bout a diesel....

Can anyone help i need a mechanicle injector pump to fit my surfs 2L/TE engine ive been told the previouse model was mec and will fit good money waiting for good pump Bazz

 

yea that older mechanical pump is alot more money and rare.. you can get them on ebay.... i have a 2lte but im just learing all about it!
