I've got a 1991 p/u v6.When I disconnect the battery positive and re-connect it,it makes a click noise from the cruise control in the engine compartment.Is it normal for these trucks to make a click noise when connecting the positive or could this be a short somewhere?I cleaned all connectors and it stayed charged for 3 days but it died again?I had the battery checked and it is good after getting re-charged.The truck starts fine every time so I'm pretty sure the starter is good.I'm thinking the click noise when connecting the battery positive is'nt normal but I cant find a thread related to that.Can I easily disconnect the cc with a fuse or is it more involved?Thanks for any help.
