Does anyone know the following for a 88 4runner. I need the stock shock eye to eye measurement at full extension? Anyone know this?

Also looking at doing Bilsteins 4600 on my truck, keeping suspension stock height. Would it be worth the extra $$$ going to Fox monotube? This truck will be 70% on road, 30% trails.
