Shifter stick
Does the black part of the shifter stick unscrew??? Need to put new boot on and dont want to rip it.

No. The upper and lower parts of the stick are permanently bonded with rubber.

Lube the new boot and the stick with WD-40 and pull the boot over the assembly.
