I'm a newbie at the F.I. setup, and i was wondering if anyone can give me some advice? im installing a 350/400th/np208/danna 44 front corp.12 in rear in my 88 yota and i would like to have it tbi. thanks for your help

 

Wire harness and ECU from a TBI truck, the trans doesn't need any inputs from sensors to shift, but you will have to get a speed sensor for it if you want to use a speedo and the ECU uses Speed sensor signal to control idle during coast , similar to a dashpot.

 

ok thanks, what is a speed sensor signal? where is it located and where can i buy it at? i dont know what a dashpot is. how can i do the fuel system? will i need to hook up any cam or knock sensors? or o2 sensors

i would but im on a budget, i can get the tbi wiring harness and computer out the door at salvage yard for 133.00 bucks

 

You can get speedometer sender adapter that makes the cable drive speedo off the 400 convert into the electronic signal you need for the tbi.I belive summit racing has them and i know painless does.
