Same Jack used in 86 and 88?

Same Jack used in 86 and 88?
Hey guys - was the same jack set up used in a 1986 SR5 xtra cab truck as in the 88? I found one for sale but wanted to make sure first before I bought it. I wanted to make sure it fit into the metal compartment under my extra cab shelf the same an 86 would. Thanks for your help!
