hello all

i have a 92 xtra cab i brought out to indiana from the west coast. as expected there's no rust on the thing and i would like to keep it that way. to that end, two questions:

- what areas are particularly prone to rust on 3rd gens (89-95)? i know the area immediately above the exhaust is one such place, any other particularly rust prone spots?

- what are people doing to prevent rust?

If it doesn't have rust now than a nice wash and wax every couple weeks or months would probably leave it lookin great.

 

is that my problem? i haven't washed my truck even once in the past 6 years. . . . .literally. haha
