I've measured resistance of ignition coil today. Service manual says that primary coil resistance should be max. 0,66 ohm when hot. Mine is 1 or 0,9 ohm when hot. Could it be a reason for my problems?

sounds like a vacuum leak. When cold the engine will run richer & negate the vacuum leak issues. When warm it will run under normal feul conditions. Check for a leak

i had a misfire with my 3.0l 4runner,drove me nuts for a while,i changed the
plugs and leads, had the dizzy checked, and checked all the pollution stuff.
I eventually cured it by changing the ignitor which is screwed on to the coil
on the inner guard, left hand side on my right hand drive 4runner.
Its been running perfectly for 40,000km,and has just started to do the same
thing again at 160,000km.

I've solved my problem. After changing ignition coil everything is fine. I've also changed wires for NGK's and it feel like new now.
Thanks guys.
