I had big problems with cold start. Removed the egr, egr modulator, and completely cleaned out the carbon. It was plugged liked glued in rock. It took a whole day. Cleaned from the egr rear head cooler all the way to the intake manifold. Now it starts up perfectly. If you do this, make sure both diaphragms are working by operating them with vacuum in a cleaning solution.

i have dont have any egr... PO removed and blocked it off.
