RMS replacment

So i've got the tranny out doing a clutch change so now would be a good time to replace the rear main seal as well. I assume getting it out is the same process as any other seal, cut it carefully along the lip until the whole thing is free of the crank shaft. My main question is what is the easiest way to get the new seal in without the SST listed in the service manual.

Any tips/tricks about getting the new seal in would be greatly appreciated.
