Question Removing 87 Front Bumper

Hey all,
I need to pull off my front bumper and I just need some quick info. I don't have a socket that fits the bolts that appear to be holding the brackets on and I'm just wondering if anyone can provide me with what size those bolts are so I can grab a correctly sized socket for a stock bumper setup. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I haven't really studied this, but it looks pretty simple...famous last words I guess.

This is for an '87 4Runner 22R-E, btw.

Yeah, I've gotten good use out of the 12mm I actually removed the bumper itself from the mounts using the 12mm. The mounts look like they are attached to the frame with a 14mm though. Haven't tackled those yet, but I'll pick one up.
