I sent my motor off to 22rr performance to have it rebuilt. I chose their stage one option but am starting to second guess myself. Wondering if I should have gone with the stage two. Its only 400 more but t just don't know if it is worth it or if the money would be better spent on other things such as gears. I'm going to eventually build the truck up enough to run 35-37 tires. I'm going to do it the right way and just don't want to kick myself about my motor later.

So is the stage two worth it or put the money towards something else?

Stage 1 looks mostly like a stock rebuild.

 

stage 1 looks stock lol but these guys are exspensive i got all of that done and much more for 1300 and that includes the price of my cam i will say for a 22r my truck has balls with 36s

 

haha my opinion of 22reperformance..... did you watch there video on youtube with comparison stock toy with like 200k miles and there stage 2? what a joke first off the stock truck had bigger tires... so of course the numbers are going to be lower than there stage 2 build with much smaller tires and seriously... STAGE 2 119hp????? and stock motor from factory puts out 113 or 116hp??? SO.... whats so great about a 3hp increase with there 2 stage.... heck put on cai or different exaust and you'll get that kind of increase.... just my 2cents...
