Unhappy Rear window motor

I have recently purchased a 1989 4runner, and well it is of course in need of alot of work. One major issue is that the rear window is held up by a 2X4. I have not even had the tailgate open yet, and well whats a 4runner without the cargo area. I noticed that the window motor is gone, and I don't even know where to start. I thought about going to a junk yard and buying a whole new tailgate. Anyone have any advice to give I would really appreciate it.

After looking at the diagram that 4runnerx3 posted (THANKS) I decided that I am missing to many components and I am just going to have to replace the whole thing. Which works out anyways because the one I have has some rust on it anyways.

the window regulator is really easy to remove. the arms need to be nearly straight out to maneuver it out. I got a whole regulator with motor and window tray for $40 at a wreck yard in El Paso.
