rear axle bearing

took my axle apart and found that one of my wheel bearings is shot, anybody know a good way of taking it off.

going to have to get it pressed off. might consider doing the other side at the same time, its usually not far behind in the 'shot' department.

Depends on how much you have them do ... just to press it off and the new one on should be cheap - $10-$20 I would say. The problem is you need to find somewhere with a high capacity press that's long enough for the axle shaft, as you need to press the new one on, too!
