real quick -- benefits of AISIN, WARN, etc manual hubs?

Another reason is that Warns are a lot cheaper than the Aisins. Aisins are really pricey new, probably about the same as Warns if they're rebuilt. I had the ADD hubs, and just switched to Warns b/c they were cheaper. If you bust one, keep the stock ADD hub plates as spares, pop it on, and you can get out with your 4wd in tact, but you'll be back to the way it was when you still had ADD, meaning you cant unlock that side until you replace it. If you have an open dif or selectable locker...no worries. if you have a lockright or something similar, you'll have to deal with a little hop and bad mileage on the road. No biggie though.

Auto hubs are unreliable.

Warn hubs come loose (don't use cone washers), break and are not as strong.

Aisins are the best manual hubs period as that is why we only sell refurbished Aisins.
