Engine Performance problem
1992 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 191000 miles

Recently replaced long block of V6 motor using original manifold and electronics.

Will start--runs rough and fuel comes directly out exhaust.

Need to know what all should be checked that could cause this.

 

Are you sure it is not just condensation (water)?

 

Its not water.... it is fuel... and it is dumping out about a gallon every couple of minutes!!!!

Its actually my dads truck, I am just trying to help him out by posting on here. Really weird though, huh.

are all the plugs firing?

 

Sounds like you have a stuck injector. Just unplug one at a time until the fuel stops then you know which one.
