Is your transmission making any noise?

Have you tried engaging the gears while your transfer case is in nuetral?

Like gnarly said: It may just be your clutch. Change the fluid in the lines and bleed the slave before you make any conclusions.

the whole clutch assy is new, same as the clutch master cylinder and the slave cylinder. the only thing i can think of is i had a loud pop while in 4lo but didnt have any real issues after. It does whine while its in neutral and when you let out on the clutch it creeps forward even on a level surface

it whines while in nuetral and it creeps forward when the clutch is depressed on a level surface?

So sorta like an automatic with it in drive and your foot off the brake? That's not normal.
Checked the level of gear oil in the transmission and the differential?

Sounds done to me! My buddy keeps going through those, we can't seem to put one in that is working lol. Whining is a good indication shes done for, sounds like your syncros are gone also.

well after talkin to my dad we established that it was stuck in between 1st and 2nd. I finally got it unstuck though, used a long jackhandle and buzzed it a couple times and it pops right in and out like brand new now lol. now i can move on to my rear tire carrier/tailgate.
