Which pressure plate to purchase?

Which pressure plate to purchase?
I am in the process of collecting all of the parts for my 5-speed swap. Logically, I will be replacing the clutch and have decided to go with Marlin's. The only question is which pressure plate? The 12,000 ft-lb or 16,000 ft-lb? This is my daily driver. I am swaying toward 12,000, but I am wondering what the hardcore guys have to say. I am up for personal opinions. Thanks.
