Hey guys here in june Me and my girlfirend are driving down to FL from TN about a 10hour drive

anyways what are some things I need to Check ,Replace double check on my runner

it has 199xxx miles on it still runs strong headgasket was done in 2001 its got a new timing belt. and well thats the only thing im 100% sure about (got that from the dealership) Ive only had it about a year so im not 100% on all the maintance so what do you guys think I need to check or repair

 

belts, fuel filter, plugs stuff like that

 

I'd put a new motor in it..............................just kidding. Really all you can do is your regular routine maintence. I.E. Oil, filter, tranny flush, coolant flush, fresh tuneup. Check your belts and hoses. Air preasure in tires. There is really no way to tell if anything else is about to fail. You know your rig better then anyone. If it uses a little oil.....then check it each time you fill up for gas. Plan your trip well as far as where you plan to stop etc... It just makes it all that easier then looking for a hotel at night in an unfamiliar place. Have fun and a safe trip.

it'll be fine, i have a 12 -14 hr drive to go home i do a couple times a year... check fluids and air pressure. dont forget the sunflower seeds, gatorade, ipod, sat. radio.
