Power Windows Electrical Diag - Circuit Breakers?

Been trying to figure out these power windows in my 89 runner. It's the style with molded door panels with plastic bezels over the swithces. Real snazzy looking but so fragile and temperamental so far. My original switch when I got the truck let only drivers side roll up and down and the rest of the buttons were smashed. Bought a seeemingly good/better replacement. Only one of the buttons is smashed. Problem is this one immediately didn't have any power sending to the window motors. I haven't had time to diagnose but is anyone familiar with power windowed first gen's?

I thought I'd start with the circuit breakers under drivers kick panel. I have no idea what they do. Theres two and one has the yellow cap busted off. I have seen replacements online with the part number updated to 82650-20011 as a replacement. If anyone knows what they do and can inform its not front power windows let me know before I mess with them. This is sr5 v6 automatic fully optioned first gen runner if that helps.
I haven't gone through FSM yet but if anyone has a head start on where that info is I'd appreciate the help.

Once I get time to work on the truck I will attempt to trace wires through the doors to power and ground sources. Maybe that will be fruitful.
