power window and lock swap questions

pretty much has anyone done it or know if it can be done...i have a lead on a complete harness and stuff so its coming out of an 87 4runner and going in an 89 pickup?

two different body styles, two different harness/dash/plug styles. Without some major rewiring, it will not work.
