I'm interested in this too, I don't like having to fight the wheel all the time. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any sort of "kit" for doing it or instructions on how to do it other than removal and installation of some of the system from already equipped vehicles, nothing complete.

Head to a junkyard, and find EVERYTHING power steering related from the same vehicle.
Pumps pullies, and hoses. All that stuff.
It should bolt right onto your pickup.
Get the gearbox, too.

You'll need:
reservoir
power steering pump and brackets- there are two- pump to engine and support bracket down to alternator bracket
idler pulley
fluid cooler
power steering box
hoses (pressure hose, box to cooler, cooler to reservoir, reservoir to pump)
belt
