Its not like the pickups. The 2wd 4runner frames are identical to the 4wd ones.

85 was the last of the solid axle, first of the fuel injection. Which is why its so desired.

Runner looks good. What are you plans for it? Got any pics of your old 85?

This is the only photo I have on hand of the 84. I think I have a really nice one somewhere. It would have to be scanned.

A damn-near perfect old-school Toyota Pickup stance. Could be a smidge higher in the the rear otherwise, love it.

New here and just picked this sweet little truck. Long story short I needed a daily driver and since I sold my 2001 Silverado I needed another truck so I bought this from my friend. His parents had this as their farm truck at their nursery and always took great care of it.

Yeah I read about the FT-86 last week. I heard that its gonna be under the Scion name. Subarus suppose to be making a version of it also and will probably end up better by being turbocharged.

I like your setup, good looking rig. My first 4runner was a green 2wd my wife had when we got married. I got 20mpg all day long on the highway with it's 3.90 something gears. Wish we still had it today. Can't image you get off the line very quickly with those 33" tires. Thanks for the trip down memory lane

Just curious what kinda hood scoop is that? It's exactly what I want for mine when it comes time for paint and body work.

Is your insurance going to cover any of it?

If you have renters insurance, that'll cover the stuff that got stolen out of it.
