Question porting intake manifold 22re

I was curious on whether or not people are porting the intake manifolds on 22re. I ask because my buddy and I have an extra manifold and were considering porting it.

Haven't given it much thought myself but if I were going to do it, I'd probably drop the extra money and extrusion hone it and the head and gasket match it to the head with oversized intake valves.

I did some extensive porting of my cylinder head and had to completely rework the mainfold to match.
Here's a link to that thread; https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...roject-125420/

Unless you are going to go hog wild on the head. Modifing the lower maifold like this should not be necessary. You could polish the lower manifold and do something like was done in this link for the plenum.
