Please read!!

i have a 91 toyota pickup shortbed single cab 22R and my two front speakers are going...i have been lookin everywhere for the stock size so i make sure i buy speakers that fit. Everyone asking the same question as me seems to have the ext cab and says 4 inch speakers but the speaker i have now is deffinetley 3-3.5 inch speaker so i dunno what to do short of buying a 4 inch and trying it and trying to return it and get a 3.5 or 3 inch if it wont fit and that just sounds like a headache...anyone know the stock size speaker that goes in there?

Mines a 94 xtra cab and I put 4" in mine and bolted up with no problem.
It had crappie 3.5" originally.
Get the 4"
Easy search

The correct answer is you'll want to measure the mounting holes in your dash and the opening in the speaker boxes if you intend to use them as well as the depth of the speaker box. Take these measurements and a ruler/caliper to the speaker store and make sure they fit.

Not that these guys are lieing to ya or anything yeah they're about 4 inches, but ones guys four inchs isn't nessisarily measured from the same place yours might be

Go to a pick and pull and find the front speaker enclosures out of a 2nd gen 4 Runner. They take 4" and will be one of your favorite mods you ever do.
