Please help clutch problems

Hey guys I'm going crazy with this truck 94 4RUNNER just put a new clutch kit and fly wheel in it has a new master clutch cylinder but it shifts into gear when it's off just fine but when it's running it won't go into gear at all I think it might be the slave it pushes the fork in a little bit but not a lot I managed to a pic of the bearing and pressure plate, how far should the fork go back?

You don't have the clip holding release bearing to the release fork, or the release bearing itself, installed correctly. Other than that the pic isn't showing anything else wrong. But both of those things in themselves are going to cause issues.

Idk if u can tell better in this pic but the clip is on there and the bearing itself has lips on top and bottom that the clip attaches to and you slid it on the fork so literally you would have to try and put it on wrong to install incorrectly. I got a video of the Slave cylinder while I pumped the clutch it only comes out and pushes the clutch for about a 1/4 inch I feel like that's not enough to engage the clutch am I correct? I don't want to drop the tranny again just to see that there's nothing wrong but worse case I will but I'm 110% that it has to do with the slave not coming out far enough

Before you take your tranny out. I'd have a look at your clutch bracket on the firewall. Should really remove it to have a proper look. Been know to crack and you may be not getting as much travel where it counts although your foot seems to go a decent distance. Takes a bit of fiddling but research and it should only be an hr or three to get the bracket out.
