On the passenger side door 1st gen 4Runners have TWO door handles, everything I've seen from 84-89.

I believe the rare 2nd gen 2-door 4Runners have the extra door handle also.

Makes sense Kevin...but I have never seen the rare 2nd gen 2 door 4Runner. I think perhaps it is a legend.

Yeah, and wax her (rub the wax in nice and sloow) then maybe get inside her rear end and then maybe lock her up. Maybe some new rubber too.

Kinz and I saw a 2-door 2nd gen just a couple days ago! It looked pretty sweet
And yessir! I do indeed have 2 door handles. Most people dont notice

That second door handle is a mindtrip.. Then after a few sec's i realized it makes it easier for the rear pass. But i tell people Toyota's are gangster like that and install a second one incase the first one breaks or that you can use whichever one is more comfortable..lol
