Hey Teuf: How did you mount that fire extinguisher to the floor or seat? I was thinking about one in the a-pillar but i like that better.

 

It just kind of fits snug there. tween the mat and seat , under seat adjust handle.

 

im looking for a website to find some bucket seats to go in my 87 yota . tired of the bench seat !!! trying not to have to make brackets and new holes wanting to get seats to bolt right in !!

 

i have 84 celica gts seats in my truck. drivers seat is 7 way adjustable.
they also sit a little lower which i like. when wheeling and looking out the drivers door window, you can almost rest your chin on the door.

front mounts are the same, had to drill a couple holes for the rear.

 

did you buy them new or out of a junk yard or somthing ? i just really want to get rid of my bench seat

 

Anything less of getting direct replacements from the dealer or the junk yard good luck, from what I have read there is always fabbing something from using different seats, even in my 91 if I wanted buckets I would have to add the middle holes to mount them. Possible an aftermarket company might make something direct but I don't know who and if they did they might be pricey. Good luck let us know what you figure out and add to the thread with some pics

 

on ebay they have plenty of aftermarket ( racing style ) seats but they all say brackets sold sepretly and there is no were to find brackets for them . i read some 4runnners bolt up direct but i just wish i knew exactly what year ?
