Pickup Diesel or 4.3?

Ok here is the idea and plan for the very near future. I have a 1990 Toyota pickup SR5 model 4x4 and i just got a large settlement check and i live in Florida and Florida is more of a Show and shine, DEEP hole type place with HUGE trucks that people DD.. so i just bought an 85 Straight axle for my front with 12inch liefs and a 3 inch body im going to run 37inch Mud Grapplers which i have on order and will get next week and a set of 24inch Rock stars that i paid way to much money for. i want to run 5.13 gears and ARB lockers front and rear Im going to have ADVANCED DRIVE LINE put them together for me. And DEEP SIX OFF ROAD is doing my SAS. NOW

MY Question is::::::::::
Should i go with a 4.3 EFI or do a toyota Diesel swap. Has anyone done either and how much did it run them price wise? what do you think would work better and which one do you think i would like better? Can i use the same 3vze tranny and t case or will i need to swap it all out. which ones easier to mount? Will the diesel make enough power to turn 37s constantly which one will last longer? How hard is the Wireing for them?

Holy dear sweet baby jesus. Never mind where you found the 12" leafs, just how in the heck do you plan to get up in the truck? My truck towers over 37s with 5" hd leafs and a 3" body to clear the heeeeeavy chevy 350:

You don't need to plate the frame for a 22lte. You'll definitely want some longfields with 37s and a 4.3/5.7
