Pic Request - quad (4) round headlights on yota

Looking for help finding a pic that exists here on YT....somewhere....

A while back (like over a year ago) someone posted a bunch of pics from their wheeling trip and one of the pics was of their buddy's SAS yota that had quad headlights on it, from like a BMW + the grille. I tried searching several times but keep coming up empty-handed in thread search, image search, google, etc. I don't remember if it was a 2nd gen or 3rd gen pickup (or 4runner for that much!), but definitely something in the 86-95 years.

Anyways, I'm thinking of upgrading my headlights from the sealed beams to h4, and thought that round would be nice since it's different; also references the "classic" toyota look from the early Land Cruisers and 70s hilux/pickups that i've always loved. People have already put twin 7" rounds on their rigs, and i've got plenty of reference here -- but this rig was the only one I've ever seen that had a quad headlight setup and I'd love to see it again to see if that's something I want to go for. I'd most likely try chopping the center grille section down with a Satoshi mesh grille for between the lights.

BTW - anyone know where to find the dimensions of an FJ Cruiser grille??? Might be cool to stick one on the front of a pickup if it'll kinda fit

That's pretty much the look I was going for - I think it could be real slick. just wanted to see what the guy i saw did regarding turn signal/corner lights since the old trucks had different profile of the metal. I'd most likely try to keep it toyota parts, well at least the buckets anyways since I'd like to upgrade from sealed beams.

Could your truck you saw have been a fj80?

thanks for the pic references - looks pretty good!

100% sure the rig I saw was NOT a Cruiser. It was either a 2nd gen pickup or 1st gen 4runner. Any info on where you found that pic of the white rig?

found a pic of a different rig using the BMW headlights. still wish i could find the original rig that inspired this quest, since I don't think it had comp-cut fenders, and still had the corner lights installed. still can't locate that rig
