Panhard bracket didn't change axle?

I have my LC coils and BJ spacers on, everything looks good. But I put on the 4inch panhard drop bracket, the panhard sits almost perfectly horizontal again, but the axle did not come back towards the driver side at all. Its still sticking to the passenger side by a good inch. How is it possible that it didnt move if I installed the 4 inch bracket and the bar is horizontal now?

Yea, I drove it about 20 miles. It DEFINITELY drives much better, the rear end isnt swaying all over the road every time I hit a bump like before, but after getting under there and checking it out and measuring, the axle is in the same place it was before.

Is there something Im missing? Some way to let the axle reposition itself after installing the drop bracket?
