P/S pully fell off!

Hello! This is my first post and I need some help, so I was out playing in the snow when I lost my power steering. I assumed I slipped a belt. Upon getting out and looking in the engine bay I see not only had I slipped the belt, I had lost the whole bottom pulley. In this picture I am missing the pulley closest to the radiator on the harmonic balancer. I'm lost as to what to do and any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I did a fair amount of searching and cant find anything on this subject!

Welcome from Alabama

Did you completely lose the pulley? Like you can't find? You could start looking in junk yards for one or parts houses might have one

Im trying to figure out what broke. Is the crank bolt still there?? or is it the 4 little bolts that hold the pulleys together?

All 4 bolts are on, and the crank bolt I believe, but its hard to see it in the dark! I felt all bolts but cant see much with fan shroud on.

I just remembered, when I put a timing light on my engine the timing mark continuously spun? Could these be related? like instead of it showing actual timing it would just keep spinning around quite slowly

If the timing mark your talking about is on the balancer it should spin with the engine running

Yes but with a timing light, the mark should stay in the same spot. Yes it sounds like you had an issue before your wheeling trip

But with the timing light on plug wire 1 it should be flashing the timing mark on the timing marker above the balancer. (cant think of the name!) Just like any other engine Iv worked on I would think?

Not sure I'd call it a wheeling trip We just got about 3 inches of snow so i was out in the desert with some friends mudding through some icy puddles! My truck does not deserve what I do to it!

based on the pictures in this diagram. and your picture. it looks like the pulley sheared from the mounting plate that has the 4 bolts. in the morning I would be curious if there are 4 bolts on the crank pulley that are holding a plate with no pulley
