I think you would miss it. I would keep it if you have a place to park it and the cash to pay the insurance.

ok..junkers didnt say if hes gettin a 4wd diesel or not..

but it would take one HELL of a toyota pickup (in close to "stock" form..like junkers...i know his isn't stock..but he aint sittin on 35's or 37's)...to pull out a diesel 4x4 that is actually stuck...

i got my old dodge diesel stuck up to the axles one day (young+stupidity+crappy A/T's=burried dodge diesel) and the dozer almost didnt pull it out...it just dug in there for a little bit

and i know my toyota couldn't have pulled it out.....no way..not at all..

just sayin guys!..although i did pull out a '99 ford 1/2 ton on 33's with my toyota ...while the cops watched..(nobody thought i could do it....and the cops were too much of a wuss to try it with their brand new 4x4 chevy.....)

My LCE header was one of the best mods I did to my truck. It was a VERY noticeable difference in performance.
I never regretted the money I spent on it.
Take some pictures!

The rig I'm looking at is only going to get dirty when the lady I'm with can't go home to her husband..... as far as getting stuck well just as long as the parking lot at the bar is paved I'll be ok.

Yeah I'm going to buy another trailer queen.

I had one years ago.... 97 F350, 4x4, 4 door, long bed up on 38's and 10 inches of lift keeping the sheet metal clean. Remote air bags on the back, remote rear slider, two 10's and 2300 watts of hate with neon lights under the seats that would pulse when the base hit.... 2 farad cap to keep the lights from dimming.... man that diesel pulled more tail..........

I have a LC header on my old 92 which has been on since 06. We live by the ocean and there is no rust on it.

I'm really glad that I take the time to save money and get the right parts when I need them. This header is just one more in a long line of correct things that need to be done.

I went and looked at that Ford that got me to thinking about selling the runner and I think my Toyota was laughing when we drove away from the diesel. That thing was a mess. Nice motor and all that, 4" exhaust etc... but none of the power options that I tried worked other than the drivers window. Both power seats were inoperable (to the point that I smelled burning plastic when I hit the button) and I could not get the clutch to engage enough to put the rig in reverse on level ground. I didn't even test drive it. I can't tell if the vehicle was just abused or if domestic builders don't see the point in building something that will last and look good.

I'm going outside to hug my 4runner.

Feel you on the trade thing. When I consider trading there's no way I can replace my 4rnr, I've got too much into it and will be hard pressed to get something as mechanically new as it is. Need to do some serious interior work for sure.

I spoil mine, got a new trailgate, acura seats, and a built front axle. An ARB for the rear, bracket for GM alt. All sitting ready to install. Can't wait to be able to wrench again.

It arrived!!!!

Is that not sexy? Now I'm wondering if I can get it installed this afternoon. I'll have to read the instructions and decide if I can do it or not.

Got it installed in just about 2 hours. I had a hell of a time with the connecting pipe from the header to the cat.

Out with the old.

In with the new.

The only two complaints I had would be that I'd like to be able to put the factory heat shields back in and I would have liked a straight pipe for the connection to the cat. Well those are not really complaints more like observations.
