OME Shock question!!!! Quick help needed!!
Hey Guys, I've just made an addition for my final lift thread. I thought I'd make a new one just so it gets more viewings cuz I am in a bind. O.K. I've just bought an OME Setup from trdparts4u With sdori ball joint spacers. The rear end is done, just waiting for the b.j. spacers to come in to finish the front. However, Life has been so rosey for me and my c.v. boot just split. I origionally wanted to do all of the front at once, but now it looks different. The thing is, I've got the N72F Front shocks and Iam gonna HAVE to change them today, cuz I need the truck for the weekend....I NEED IT!! Sales meetings... and it my first one so I cant NOT show up. So all in all, I can change the boots (not that big) but can I put the new shocks in while Iam at it? Ughh this sucks

Shocks all the way around shouldnt take more than a few hours for someone who has never done them. Get wheel clearance, unbolt top and bottom, replace, bolt. Do it 4 times. I did all mine without taking the tires off (but I've got a 2nd gen).

RE: Shocks.... Thanks!!
Hey guys, thanks for the quick replies. I've gone ahead and done the Pass. side C.V. Boots now. Both inner and outer. Last time I did this side I only did the inner. Iam not sure why? I guess I just didn't have time. So, because of the fact I didn't have to much time this time as well.... I decided to not install the shocks. I didn't want to open a whole new can o worms and not be able to close it in time. However, Iam going to do the drivers side tonight (c.v. boots) and I'll then throw in the new shocks. Yeah, shocks are WAY easier than boots. I've already done the rear end and she sits with a mean stance for right now. Anyways, thanks again guys. Help is always appreciated. Oh and by the way, for people who have limited tools but a desire to fix vehicles..... Time and a cool head always wins. It took me just under 4 hours with a couple of breaks and a nice six pack of
