well obviously the powerstroke is 2wd with no locker, and yeah its very easy to outpull a truck with alot of hp/tourq if you have lower gear ratio and lower power to not spin ur tires GOOO 22r!

Ford power stroke diesel engines are total crap, and it you don`t believe me just do some searching and you will see for your self all of the problems they have or develop over time. Way to go for the toyota, bigger isn`t always better.

ill have to disagree with this. the 7.3L PSD is a dang good motor. the 6.0 is junk. now i like my yotas just as good as the rest of you fellers, but yea that ford is 2wd, and the yota was probably in 4L. but still. he pulled him

7.3 was good. all others are junk. The new one will have to prove itself. Not sure about the exhaust being between the cylinder banks. Cummins all the way.

That can't be good for the drivetrain. LOL. Sick video nonetheless.

You know it has a 22R because if the truck was a little newer and it had the 3VZ it would have been pulled by the Ford without a doubt!

If you look real close at the front end of the Toyota after its over, you can see some steam coming up. Man i feel bad for that little old truck. At least if it does have a 22r in it.. And that clutch?! How did he not break something???

If the ford was 4wd he would have pulled the yota all day long, its all in the traction, 4low that ford was just spinning. I like my toyota 4runner and am also a Ford fan. they should have put a broncoII in there to make it more fair!!! then the yota would have won fair and square!

Only have a couple buddies that own fords, one can't say anything cause he drives a 05 F150 4x4 and I had to pull out of the ditch last winter with my 92 Pickup 22re, one of the other one use to drive a chevy and hates this new truck(ford) and the other drives a 98 Ranger and well his to slow to catch up. All the others either drive chevys, yotas, or dodge
