I have a 22re. I did the vavle cover gasket and half moons about 700 miles ago. I recently noticed some wetness around the lower half of the egr valve where it bolts onto the head. The wetness starts at the two top bolts/stud on the egr valve mountain surface and is just enough to coat that area and the area below it. No dripping has been noticed, but when I gather some up on my fingure it smells like burnt oil. Any ideas as to what the cause of this leak can be? I know the egr valve does not have any oil ports so I am a little dumbfounded by this one.
