Start with an oil change and a new filter to make sure you have enough oil in it and a good filter. Seeing as how its new to you, you'd be better off knowing it had fresh oil in it anyway.

That would also rule out a bad oil filter seal too.

Sometimes the oil pressure sender may leak. It is right next to the filter (behind it)

definately do the oil/filter change, and make sure there aren't any old seals stuck in there.

that was my first thought...

change the oil/filter... clean it all up and see where/if the problem continues. It could be that the gasket cracked after sitting for 3 months...
