I tried installing a NAPA 1516 on my 3VZE today, and met with difficulty. The filter will thread onto the filter housing just fine, but the filter itself is a bit too long for the area it's in, and the end of a bracket bolt on the engine mount contacts it near the top. I couldn't get it to clear, and if the engine is running, I'm guessing the vibration will quickly rub a hole in the top edge of the filter, with disastrous results.

Gonna go back to NAPA and get another filter, a shorter one, and try this again. I would go with a Toyota filter, but I haven't found the Toyota dealership in this area yet.
