I put a deck in my 90 4runner now I have no dash lights, brake lights and dome lights, the guy that I bought it off had a ˟˟˟˟ deck in it, there is cut wire that go to the cigarette lighter (red, red black, white black, green) and a yellow from the deck harness

 

also wouldnt hurt to check fuses to see if you shorted anything.

 

Deck as in Tape Deck? In 2012?

Well, each to his own. You either shorted something (blowing a fuse) or disconnected something. Since the dash lights, brake lights, dome lights, and the cigarette lighter are all on separate fuses, I fear that you have a heavily modified electrical system, and my experience and diagrams will be of little help. Get your multimeter out and work carefully.
