No 4wd below freezing
Went thru this last winter. Not doing it again this winter.Below freezing the 4wd will not enguage. After driving about 5-7 miles it will enguage.Indicator light will not com on when not enguaged.I can tell wehn its going to start working when playing with the 4wd drive shifter I will here a pop thru the speakers (indicating an electrical issue).Anyone been here before. The diag issue unless I want to mess with it in the cold,by the time I get it to the garage to put on the lift it will enguage.

My hubs froze up last weekend and wouldn't let the 4 by work, but I misted them with liquid heat I got from work. I'm assuming you have ADD in yours though?

maybe you have some electrical issue with the valve that actuates the ADD sleve... either at the diff or at the motor... follow the air line for the add and check for blockages on both ends, and if that doesnt work, maybe start checking the electrical connections associated with it...
good luck bro... hope you get it worked out...
