Hi, everyone! I am a newb to the list and have a question about my 1990 4Runner Sunroof. The motor still works but the gear has been worn down to a point it now longer engages the cable. I do not have a diagram of the Remove/replace and the cable is in two pieces. Is the cable supposed to be a loop or two pieces. How do I replace the cable and reengage the gear drive to it?
Does anyone have an online version of the Factory Service Manual for the 90 4Runner? Or, at least can scan for me the diagram for the repair?

I am building this 4Runner for Expedition travel and looking for several mods, e.g. 4" lift, 31-32x10.50's, expedition rack for the full length of the vehicle new fr/Rr Bumbers with winch, etc.

Can you guys steer me the right direction and send me some pics of your mod'ed 90-95 models?
