Put in the new 5 speed 2 weeks ago, and while I was replacing the slave cylinder today I noticed gear oil on the trans. It is right were the two halves are joined. There is no trail coming from up top, but I am still going to replace the shifter gasket just to be sure. I am going to be pissed if I have to take that dude out and ship it back. My luck....
