New Toyota reman alternator

New Toyota reman alternator
Hopefully I can add my pick, but I picked up my new reman alternator from Toyota today and on the backside chrome looking cap has three studs sticking out of it with no nuts on them?? I pulled on the back chrome piece and it’s not sliding apart but shouldn’t there be nuts on the 3 studs??
And if so, why ain’t I able to pull it apart ?? Not that I want to but it Seems like it would come right off. Now I’m concerned what else could have been forgotten. Hopefully my pic loads. Pic is in next post.
