hey all

i just replaced my clutch in an 87 runner with a new TOB and now everytime i hit the clutch pedel lity it sings until fully depress. once i being to release it starts squeling up again.

Is there something i should have lubed or replace the springs on the forlk??

Did you replace the pilot bearing, too? Lightly grease the clutch fingers where they meet the throwout bearing?

 

i replaced the pilot bearing but never greased the clutch fingers will give that a go and see what happens.
