Hehe, thanks for the comments guys!

The lights are pretty much covered, I keep them a little loose so if they get hit they will just move.

I got the u-bolts from the local parts store, they send them with tons of threads. I just havnt had the time to cut them off flush.

I was going to wash the truck... but mother nature had other ideas...

I just washed mine last week, it snowed yesterday here too, not as much as you got though, but still enough to get it all dirty again

Seems to always happen! Im hoping this snow will melt soon, im still running my 4.56 front diff since I didnt have time to swap in my 4.88 yet! Already had to use 4wd twice to get up a very snowy hill. Thank goodness for tire slip.

tire slip, and the fact that 4.56 is kinda close to a 4.88, it's not like you've got 5.71's in the back and 4.10's up front, can you say "snap-crackle-pop!"

Yeah, no more snow now, just a dirty truck, sometimes I wonder why I even bother

hey justa22re..... I would mount the bumper by adding some square stcok (2x3 or something) maybe 2 feet long that could slide into the existing boxed frame... then you could drill through the mounting holes. and toss some pipe through weld it, and weld the end where the original frame slips over the new 2x3(or whatever size fits inside there.) not olny would it hold strong but also fix a problem thats there already

Im still on toyota nation, I go on there a few times a week and make a few posts in the 89-95 tech section. I usually just go on there to answer questions, yotatech is FAR more dedicated to toyota trucks/4runners

dude hit your frame and components with a flat black. your truck is sweet but that frame is begging you to slap some paint on it

Frame rails (outer) were painted in the summer with tremclad gloss black.

One of my major summer projects is to strip the frame and paint the whole thing.

note the lack of lift and old wheels/tires
