New Parts, Your Input
Hi guys,
Just got some new parts and wanted some input. Found this guy on ebay and he happens to be about 45 minutes from my house. For $220 Canadian I got:
Idler Arm
Pitman Arm
All 4 Ball Joints
All Tie Rod Ends and Adjusting Sleeve
Anyone order from these guys before. The store is called Arm-Can, out of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

I wasn’t expecting top of the line parts, but they seem to be pretty good. My current Idler Arm and Ball joints are shot, so I figured I would pick up these parts, install ‘em and replace them with quality parts as they are needed.
My Question: is all the Ball Joints and the Inner Tie Rod Ends have “zerks”. The Pitman Arm, Idler Arm and Outer Tie Rod Ends don’t have “zerks” and don’t appear to be pre-greased, Does this mean I’m supposed to fill them with a needle? Does this speak to part quality?
2nd Question: How stiff should the idler arm be to move? This new one takes some effort, but the more I think about it seems fine.
Thanks for your help guys, Yotatech rules .

Thanks Tubby. Can't wait to get the new parts on, but I can wait to get the rusted ones off
Does anyone have a comment on the greasing with a needle?
