new engine now wont start

i have a 94 4runner and i just got the engine replaced on Friday with a junker form a old 94 4runner. ran good and everything. was home yesterday ran up to wawa wouldn't start so i pushed down some fuses and it started up. so i drove it wawa and then come outside and it wouldn't start. so i called my friend came with cables and we were able to jump it. took it home got a new battery still wouldn't start so i bought a new alt. fuse cause the old one was just 2 prongs twisted at the top. so i replaced that and still doesn't start. any thing would help by now thanks.

"was home yesterday ran up to wawa wouldn't start" what the hell does that mean?

You got a bad starter....the solenoid disk and contacts are gone.
