1991 4Runners with rear ABS as standard equipment
4WD 4-Door SR5 V6
4WD 2-Door SR5 V6
2WD 4-Door SR5 V6
1991 4Runners with rear ABS only as optional equipment
4WD 4-Door SR5
2WD 4-Door SR5
S = Standard
O = Optional
So, if it has a V6, it definitely has rear ABS. If it's got a 4 cyl., then maybe.
