PREP them good, and just use flat black or semi gloss black rattle can.
remove the bug gaurd, the running boards, and put a rear bumper back on it.

Unless you're 4'2", loose the running boards, they'll just slow you down when your in deep mud, or get crushed on rocks.
That and they look retarded.
