need help with installing 63's

I have a 1995 4runner and am putting a 85 pickup solid axle under the front end and 63 chevy springs under the rear end. I fit up the shackle hangers all the way to the edge of the frame and pulled some measurements and the hanger still needs to move back another 2 inches. Has anyone put 63's in a 95 4runner? What should i do, extend the frame to move the hanger back? the center of the axle is not in the center of the wheel well.

If you need just two inches, how about using twelve inch shackles mounted on top of frame?
You should get more articulation too. Fab shops sell the weld on mounts and shackles, like total chaos etc.
